Delivery of your order
The orders are generally shipped:
- standard delivery without signature (FREE OF CHARGE) within 2 to 4 days after the confirmation of your order (Monday to Saturday, with the exception of public holidays), directly to your address via tracked letter (masks only) or Collissimo La Poste, with tracking number and delivery without signature.
- standard delivery with signature required (FREE OF CHARGE ) within 2 to 4 days after the confirmation of your order (Monday to Saturday, with the exception of public holidays), directly to your address via tracked letter (masks only) or Collissimo La Poste, with tracking number and delivery with signature required.
- standard delivery in relay (FREE OF CHARGE) within 2 to 4 days after the confirmation of your order (Monday to Saturday, with the exception of public holidays), to the nearest relay point via Collissimo La Poste (Delivery to the post office, Pickup relay & Pickup station locker), with tracking number and delivery with signature required.
Depending on the availability of the items it is possible that your order will be delivered in different parcels without it causing any additional costs for you. Your order is shipped at your own risk but a special attention is paid to the fragile objects.
The dimensions of the packaging are appropriate and your articles are well protected.
Return policy
You dispose 15 days starting from the day of your purchase to demand the refund (sign in to your account and generate return request via details of your order).
The return is made under client's responsibility. The product has to be returned in its original condition and packaging (new, not worn and not washed) with the delivery order. For the sanitary reasons, the underwear and the masks are delivered in hermetically sealed packaging, and are neither exchanged nor refunded if the packaging is open.
The return is free of charge from France (Monaco and Corse included) and most of the European Union countries via tracking letter La Poste or Collissimo La Poste.
